Article Processing Charge

All articles in Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics (MCB, ISSN: 1556-5297 (Print); ISSN: 1556-5300 (Online)) are published in full Open Access. Authors are asked to pay article processing charge (APC) for publication. APC for each paper submitted is $1600 US dollars. Rejected articles are free of charge. There are no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures or supplementary data.

Discounts Policy

The journal offers APC discounts to members from cooperated institutes. Society or academic institutes may apply and discuss with the editorial office for a discount policy. To qualify for the society/institute member discount, the corresponding author must be a member in good standing and must obtain further discount information through the relevant society website.
MCB editorial office remains rights to offer discount vouchers to selected reviewers. Waivers may be granted at the Publisher's discretion and should be discussed with the editorial office when submitting the article.
All authors should consider in advance whether they have sufficient funds to cover the full APC.

 

Currency

We also accept payment in Euros (EUR). Current exchange rates published at XE plus 7% exchange commission apply.
