This Special Issue explores the translational effects of nutrition and physical exercise on health and disease, focusing on their impact at molecular, cellular, and systemic levels. It aims to bridge basic research and practical applications by highlighting how dietary strategies and exercise regimens influence gene expression, metabolism, immune function, and the prevention or management of chronic conditions. Contributions addressing underlying mechanisms, identifying biomarkers, or proposing innovative interventions to optimize health, performance, and recovery are particularly welcome. By integrating perspectives from molecular biology, clinical nutrition, and sports science, this issue seeks to advance personalized approaches to health and well-being.
