Open Access Policy

All articles published by Sin-Chn Scientific Press are available worldwide under an open access model. It means that readers have free and permanent access to the publication. The open access model removes financial barriers for readers and promotes international scholarly exchange.

• Anyone can read and download the articles published by Sin-Chn Scientific Press without subscription fees or embargo period.
• Anyone can reuse the published articles if proper citation of original source is noted.
• Authors should pay the Article Process Charges (APCs) for accepted articles borne by the financial sponsor or authors’ institutes.

For articles that reuse data from works of others, authors need to obtain authorization for reuse from the other publication or its author(s).

Permissions and copyright

Articles are published under the Creative Common CC BY 4.0 license, and can be shared and reused for any purpose without permission of the authors and the publisher, even commercially. However, the original-appropriate credit should be noted clearly. Any reuse does not mean the endorsement of the authors or the publisher.

Authors hold the copyright of their work, and Sin-Chn Scientific Press is authorized for the first publication and distribution.
